　　澳大利亚的鲨鱼湾，有机体创造了空气和大气层，是美丽的蓝色星球具备了生物生存的基本条件。大约40亿年前，迄今仍存在于鲨鱼湾的活化石细菌叠层石，作为地球生命的祖先横空出世。经过漫长的繁衍与进化，数以万计的物种从海洋走到陆地，飞上蓝天。我们跟随着摄制组的镜头，见证了原始生命的诞生，以及大自然对物种爆发的自控与调节。然而时至今日，多达70亿的人类统领地球，站在生物链金字塔的最顶端。我们贪得无厌地一次次伸出双手向大地、海洋索取，埋藏千百万年的矿藏被无情掘出，原本自由自在游弋海中的鱼类遭到过度捕捞。
　　生活质量不断提高，地球的生存环境却逐步恶化，该说这是聪明还是愚昧……

　　简介： 德鲁另辟蹊径，拜访多位收藏狂人，最后终于达成他一直以来对汽车的执迷。朱利安紧随其后，他在朴茨茅斯的一家道具和戏服仓库中展开地毯式搜索，结果找到不少好宝贝。附近农场的主人那里也有众多珍宝，德鲁冒着激怒丽贝卡的风险，偷偷敲定一笔满足私欲的买卖。开发商尼克也是旧货回收的爱好者，他在诺福克的房子里堆满大大小小的古董，其中一部雪铁龙汽车勾起德鲁的买车欲望。大雅茅斯的鲱鱼博物馆是一个聚宝盆，馆内陈列着众多古代航海用品，并且所有的物品均可以出售，至少在丈夫厄尼出现之前，卡伦是这么说的。回到店里，一位路虎专家告诉德鲁，他对汽车的狂热痴迷也能让他们赚到大钱。
