　　汤马斯（米克尔·佩斯勃兰特 Mikael Persbrandt 饰）是一位名声大噪的音乐人，在制作人的安排之下，他即将返回阔别已久的故乡，录制自己的最新专辑。然而，这个充满了回忆的地方对于汤马斯来说仅仅代表着痛苦，他宁愿将自己一个人关在房间里创作，也不想面对那他逃避了一辈子的过去。

　A once promising baseball star is constantly hunted by two hitmen when a young boy asks him to sell his baseball jacket. A high school student acquires a sleep control device to help him with his exams, and ends up getting more acquainted with the seller in the process. A prison guard buys a guitar and plays one last song with a rock band after he finds out that his number has been called up… to be an executioner. An English tutor and amateur journalist investigating a murder case makes an offer to gain information on the involvement of … a once promising baseball star.
　　GOOD DEAL is a woven tapestry of the interconnected lives of people striving through the day-to-day of contemporary Korean society. Quite a spectrum of themes are covered: romance, crime, sports, famly, work, and even Russian literature! As each of its characters seek to make a “deal” with another person to help them stay ahead or even stay alive, they find their interactions much more involved and complex than they first thought. Written and directed by Cho Kyuong-ho, the film mixes wickedly dark humor and sincere sentimentality through its interwoven yet still seamlessly linear style of storytelling.

　　Beginning just after the bloody Sioux victory over General Custer at Little Big Horn, Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee intertwines the perspectives of three characters: Charles Eastman (Beach), né Ohiyesa, a young, Dartmouth-educated, Sioux doctor held up as living proof of the alleged success of assimilation; Sitting Bull (Schellenberg), the proud Lakota chief who refuses to submit to U.S. government policies designed to strip his people of their identity, their dignity and their sacred land – the gold-laden Black Hills of the Dakotas; and Senator Henry Dawes (Quinn), who was one of the architects of the government policy on Indian affairs. While Eastman and patrician schoolteacher Elaine Goodale (Paquin) work to improve life for the Indians on the reservation, Senator Dawes lobbies President Grant (Thompson) for more humane treatment, opposing the bellicose stance of General William Tecumseh Sherman (Feore). Hope rises for the Indians in the form of the prophet Wovoka (Studi) and the Ghost Dance – a messianic movement that promises an end of their suffering under the white man. This hope is obliterated after the assassination of Sitting Bull and the massacre of hundreds of Indian men, women and children by the 7th Cavalry at Wounded Knee Creek on Dec. 29, 1890. 　　阿尔玛穆拉是南美神话中的骡妖，据说是由乱搞不伦关系的无德女人所变，她被上帝诅咒成为一只套着沉重铁链的骡子，在暴风雨夜晚的安第斯山脉徘徊，发现它的人都会被踢死。而所有它经过的地方，发生禁恋的人也会变成阿尔玛穆拉。纤细男孩尼诺由于受到恐同袭击，不得不和父母搬到乡下。当地森林据说常发生诡异事件，也有小男孩无故失踪。叛逆和好奇心让尼诺对传说产生浓厚兴趣，他期盼着能与骡妖相遇……

　　To Elena, existence is an effort—not only does she struggle against her body affected by Parkinson’s, but her daughter has just shown up dead and only she finds the suicide hypothesis implausible. Elena is not a good victim, and doesn’t show signs of having been a selfless mother. She is vulnerable, but also overcome by rage and sorrow, and that stubbornness seems to render her invincible, against all odds. But investigating the reasons for her daughter’s death soon becomes a trip through memory, and, as we’ve known since the time of Greek tragedies, every investigation is, deep down, an investigation about oneself. Elena Knows submerges us in the physical and mental experience of its protagonist and, at the same time, invites us to ask ourselves uncomfortable questions about aging, the complexity of mother-daughter bonds and the weight of those mandates women drag the same way Elena drags her feet.

　　碧碧安年轻貌美，身兼好几家服饰店的老板，不过故事开始的时候，她运气坏透了：不小心怀孕堕胎、做生意赔大钱、老哥对她摆臭脸色、有名又有钱的老妈从不出面慰问一下。碧碧安只好在酒吧里嗑药鬼混，随便找男人上床，生活除了空虚还是空虚。一天晚上，从酒吧里出来神智不清的碧碧安驾车回家，却撞倒了一名路人，她想都没想就快快把车开走，第二天清醒时看报纸才发现被她撞倒的男人已经死了。人衰的时候眼前似乎只有死路一条，碧碧安连人带车投河自尽，不过求生本能还是让她挣扎浮出水面。碧碧安去跟死者告别，遇上了死者的儿子，这位受害人家属不知杀父仇人就在眼前，还跟她搭讪，想请她喝咖啡，两人就这样一见锺情。碧碧安终于遇上真命天子了，可是残酷的真相教她怎么说得出口？
